How do I connect a custom domain?
Go to your site's dashboard, open the Domain tab, and follow the setup steps. You can either purchase a new domain through Tribarro or connect one you already own.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your site dashboard, go to Plan & Billing, and click Manage Billing. From there you can cancel through the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — email support@tribarro.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll process a pro-rated refund.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click "Forgot password" and we'll send a reset link to your email.
